WEICON Anti-Stick is a liquid, grey 2-component epoxy resin system with mineral fillers for the protection of heavily stressed surfaces against aggressive chemicals, corrosion and mechanical wear. It was specially developed for the application with low-pressure equipment. Anti-Stick contains special additives that create an anti-stick-slip effect. The wear protection system has good chemical and thermal resistance. It is free of solvents and cures almost without shrinkage. Anti-Stick is applied directly to the parts after the substrate has been thoroughly prepared by sandblasting. The coating adheres very well to a wide variety of surfaces and is suitable for a wide variety of parts, such as pipelines, pumps and exhaust installations. In any case, preliminary tests under practical conditions are recommended; especially if the parts are additionally exposed to increased temperature or mechanical stress.
